Athletic Training — Tennis Functional is a private 1-on-1 performance training package built specifically for tennis athletes who need more than general fitness. This monthly PT60 package includes four 60-minute private training sessions, delivered once per week inside the ABPfit Private Studio, with programming focused on the physical demands of tennis: speed, agility, strength, mobility, balance, footwork, deceleration, rotational control, injury resilience, and total-body athletic development. Each session is designed to help student-athletes move better, recover smarter, and perform stronger on the court. Training is led by Coach SupahDave Thompson, Master Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach, former world-class decathlete, and U.S. Marine Corps veteran.
